Terms of Service
Effective October 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Laurence Degracia (“DropZone,” “we,” “us”) for your use of the DropZone app and website. By using DropZone, you agree to them.
Who can use DropZone
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to agree to these terms. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
Your content
You own the scouting and other content you enter. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run DropZone for you and your team. You're responsible for what you enter: only record information you're allowed to collect, follow your league's and school's rules, and don't use DropZone to harass anyone or to publish personal information about players beyond normal scouting.
Teams and sharing
Anyone with your team code can join your team and see its scouting. Share the code only with coaches you trust. The team owner can remove coaches.
Purchases
If DropZone offers paid features, they're sold through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your Apple account settings.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse DropZone: no attempts to access other teams' data, disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Scouting information is provided “as is”
DropZone's reads, plans and reports are based on what coaches enter and are offered for informational purposes. They may be incomplete or wrong. DropZone is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, DropZone and its operator won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or games, arising from your use of DropZone. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
Ending your use
You can stop using DropZone and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use DropZone means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
